- A character’s weight determines their body type, which influences their stats. For instance, an overweight (Obese) mage gains significant benefits to intelligence and psyche stats but huge penalties to strength and agility.
Similarly, a stout warrior has a moderate bonus to strength but a small penalty to agility. The character creator can show you the pros and cons of different body types.

- It is possible to gain or lose weight. To lose weight, you must reduce your health or stamina. The most efficient method is to die several times, as each death depletes a portion of your reserves.
- To gain weight, you must consume food that replenishes your stamina or health reserves to their maximum capacity, resulting in a weight gain for your character.
