In NBA 2K22, the icon pass is one of the most important advanced passes, as it allows you to target specific teammates regardless of their location on the court.

To use the icon pass, press R1 on PlayStation 4 and 5, RB on Xbox One and Series X|S, or R on Switch to bring up the player icons and choose a receiver.
