Shardpunk: Verminfall PC Controls and Key Bindings

Default Key Bindings for Verminfall

I quite like the direction Bethesda Studios has taken the Fallout series. Going from an isometric turn-based RPG to an FPS RPG like The Elder Scrolls series was a stroke of genius, and the sales of Fallout 3 and 4 definitely show that. However, I can’t help but miss the presentation, the tactical depth, or the thrill of playing classic Fallout games. They’re just… so awesome.

So, you can probably imagine how excited I was to see Shardpunk: Verminfall hit steam in the past few days. It really is a spiritual successor to classic Fallout, just with a delightful pixelated presentation. Hell, it even takes place in a place called the Capital! The game’s Steam page lists it as “XCOM meets Darkest Dungeon”, but I see right through that. This is Fallout through and through.

If you’re only familiar with new Fallout and don’t really have the frame of reference older fans have (I’m not old, just oldER), then it might be a little confusing to get a grasp of fully. Strategy games like this aren’t as popular as they once were. Thankfully, I’m here with the comprehensive Shardpunk: Verminfall PC keyboard controls and keybindings guide. This puppy has everything you could need to navigate The Capital, finesse enemies in turn-based battles, and craft all of the necessary equipment and items you’re going to need for your journey.

So go ahead, dig into Shardpunk: Verminfall. I know I’m going to, and the work Clockwork Pile has put into the game shows that they wanted to make something truly awesome. So take notes or leave the page open so you can reference the controls quickly, and get going! There are adventures to be had!

Mike has been playing video games since he was able to hold a controller, having been fascinated by Sonic 2 on his mom’s Sega Genesis. That fascination and passion for the art form has grown exponentially nearly 30 years later, and he doesn’t see that fading away anytime soon.
