FIFA 21 & FIFA 22 - How to Perform Trivela Free Kicks

Sometimes you may not have the perfect player for a particular type of free-kick. This is where Trivela free kicks can become very useful. To perform a FIFA 21 & FIFA 22 Trivela free-kick, use your right analog stick to move the player to the opposite side of the ball. Aim diagonally (in the direction of an outside curve) with the left stick and apply one to two bars of power. This will enable your player to shoot with the outside of his foot, mimicking the reverse curve (Roberto Carlos).

 

The Trivela power-free kick can be used at longer ranges. This is the same method as above, although it is important to remember that you will need to aim further away from the goal as there will be more curves.
