Although it’s not always accurate, it is close enough to let gamers such as yourself enjoy FIFA 23 on a whole different level. HOW TO GET THE LEADERSHIP TRAIT

Leadership Trait – This trait is used during the decision-making process while choosing a captain when the captain is removed mid-game via red card or substitution. It is also used alongside Team Player and One Club Player and takes effect when there is no designated captain in the lineup.

To get your hands on the leadership trait, you must fulfill two criteria.

First, the player has to be inside a club (one-club player). This ensures that the player is within a team and ensures they will be there for a while.

Second, the player has to play as a part of the team (team player) and must give priority to the team’s interests over their own.

There is a difference between one-club player and team player.

A team player would leave their club if they get a better offer. They don’t have a strong sense of loyalty.

However, a one-club player would never abandon their club, even if they get a way better offer.

In order to get the Leadership trait, the player must have both of these qualities.

The trait doesn’t affect your gameplay in any way, but having two players with this trait on your team will affect morale, since both would want to be the captain.
