By completing the free tracks of the ArchePasses, you will obtain Diligence Coins. You can use those coins to acquire various cosmetic items like Pets/Gliders/Housing along with certain power and progression items via the marketplace.

Some of the items you will be able to acquire exclusively via Diligence Coins are Labor recharges, Tempering charms, Expansion Scrolls, Labor Restorers, Serendipity Stone Shards, boosts, pets, or farm kits. These kinds of items will be only available via this method, and there is no other short way to acquire them.
