FIFA 23 – How to Apply Contracts to Player or Manager Cards

Contracts are in-game consumable items. They can be applied to managers or players to increase the number of matches they have remaining with your club. Players without contracts will be unable to play/attend matches on behalf of your club, so it’s important to know how to apply contracts to your player. This guide will teach you how to do so.

HOW TO APPLY CONTRACTS TO PLAYER OR MANAGER CARDS IN FIFA 23

Players lose a specific number of contracts when they play a match. However, players on the substitute list don’t count, unless they actually play a match. You can check the remaining number of contracts for a player on the back of their cards.

In order to apply contracts to your players, visit your squad in FUT and choose that player.

Bring up the player action panel by pressing the Square button on PS4 & PS5 or X on Xbox One & Series X|S.

Hover over the Apple Consumable tab and select it.

Now choose a contract and apply it to the player.

If you want to apply a contract to a manager, open the manager action screen from your squad by pressing R2/RT. Then choose the Apply Manager item and select a contract card from the Contract tab.

HOW TO FIND CONTRACT CARDS IN FIFA 23

You can find contract cards either from FIFA 23 packs or you can earn them from rewards.

You can also trade for them or buy them in the Consumable section of the Transfer Market.
