WoW Classic – How to Get the Seal of Ascension

To gain entrance to Upper Blackrock Spire, the player must obtain the “Seal of Ascension,” a ring that grants access to the dungeon and has the ability to summon Vaelan to assist your group during the Warchief Rend Blackhand fight.

 

The ring is gained by completing the quest “Seal of Ascension” offered by Vaelan inside Lower Blackrock Spire.
