You will need to go to “C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Teardown” which you will then find “savegame.xml” open that in any text editor.

In order to give yourself all weapons go to the top of the savegame.xml and then below <tsavegame> put this:

How to Unlock All Sandbox Levels

To unlock all sandbox levels go into the savegame.xml and look for and . after you find which put the following between them:
