There is actually no difference between the two of them, other than the colors of course. They even produce the same kind of eggs. For players who wanted both colors in their farm, the best way is to increase the affection limit for one of the colors first.

Once you are ready, purchase the other color from poultry farm and attempt incubate any egg laid in the next morning. Players can save a night before the egg hatch because the chick color hatched will be random so long you have both adult chicken of different colors in your farm.
