How to Face Scan MyPlayer

When you start career mode, you’ll get an option to scan your face in as soon as you open the My Career menu.

Once you do, it will prompt you to download the MyNBA 2K21 app. After downloading the app, press the play button to unlock and Complete the NBA 2K21 tutorial.

After the tutorial is completed, click on the menu to pair your console or PC with the companion app.

You’ll have to allow access to you camera to start taking the necessary pictures. Follow the prompts and it will ask you to turn a few different ways to fully scan your face.

It may take a few tries, but be sure to move slowly or else it’ll give you an error code. Extend your arm out pretty far if you’re continually having issues.

Once the upload is complete, search for the face scan on your PC or Console. It’ll take a few minutes, but once it is complete you can customize it using the game’s sculpting tools.
