• To unlock this badge, you must first achieve Superstar 2 on MyRep progression, which will undoubtedly require a significant amount of grinding. Fortunately, there is a simpler method to get the Gym Rat badge, and it revolves around NBA 2K22’s MyCareer game mode.

• You may also acquire the Gym Rat Badge for a specific player by playing the whole season of (non-simmed) MyCAREER (at least 55 non-simmed games, 40 non-simmed games for Next-Gen) and winning the championship. This will only unlock the badge on the player with whom you win the championship.

• This badge provides a permanent +4 increase to the following Physical Attributes: Acceleration, Speed, Stamina, Strength, and Vertical.
