When in possession after a pass, you can lock onto your current player to create space or make unique runs before calling for a pass back from the now AI-controlled attacker.
- To activate Player Lock, click in both sticks—L3 & R3 or Left Stick Button & Right Stick Button—while in attack mode to lock onto your current player. This will allow you to pass the ball to an AI-controlled player and reposition yourself.
- At any moment after using the aforementioned Player Lock, you can flick the right stick to switch and lock onto another player, enabling you to take control of your teammate’s movements.
