Every time you level up, you gain Skill Points to spend on unlocking new character abilities and crafting blueprints. To spend your skill points, go to the Skills tab on the Inventory screen. Players may also respec all of their skills for free once per level.
– Use the tabs near the top of the screen to switch from one skill tree to another.
– Some skill trees must be unlocked by attaining skills in other trees first. – For your first skill choice, pick “The Basics” in the Survivalism tree.
– If you don’t have enough skill points to get the skill you want, you can save up for it.
– Respecs can also be purchased at freeports from the Crew Recruiter for 250 gold coins.
