High GPU Temperature Issue Fix

For Nvidia Users;

You can lower the temperature of the graphics card by accessing the NVIDIA Control Panel and setting the maximum framerate. Scroll down until you see the “Max Frame Rate” option in the “Global Settings” panel, then click the “Manage 3D settings” item on the menu under the 3D Settings title. Switch it on and set a limit when you get there. The further you pull the limit down, the lower your graphics card temperature will be. However, if you lower your frame limit to less than 30, you may experience in-game difficulties such as stuttering.
