After using the examine mode and all the diagnostic tools, there are still parts not visible: bushings, some engine internals, front-wheel hubs, front-wheel hub bearing. With the bushings, you can visually see if there are distortions and remove them from both the rear and front cross member, as well as remove the suspension arms, usually at least one there.

If in doubt, remove the transmission to see if there is possibly a problem. Bushings and wheel bearings are the main a-holes to find.
