WWE 2K20 – How to Do a Chain Wrestling Sequence?

Chain wrestling is, for all intents and purposes, wrestling at a higher than beginner level. Chain Wrestling occurs at the beginning of One on One and Tag Team matches if both superstars attempt to grapple simultaneously. You can also trigger Chain Wrestling by holding R2 (PS4) / RT (Xbox One) and pressing Square (PS4) / X (Xbox One).

When you Lock-Up in Chain Wrestling, try to gain the upper hand by choosing a chain hold (Square, Triangle, Circle) (X, Y, B). While in a chain hold, use the Right Stick to find the hot spot. The aggressor can also Strike (Square-PS4 / X-Xbox One) or Wrench (X-PS4 / A-Xbox One) their opponent.
