How to Dunk the Ball in NBA 2K22

In NBA 2K22, you can perform various types of dunks. If you want to try them, you’ll need to use different controls, sticks, and triggers to execute each type of dunk.

The first step to dunking in NBA 2K22 is to approach the basket. To do this, hold R2 on the PlayStation 4 and 5, RT on the Xbox One and Series X|S, or ZR on the Switch. Once you’re close to the hoop, press the shoot button. This is tied to Square on PS4, X on Xbox One, and the Y button on Switch. Simultaneously, push the left stick towards the basket.

How To Perform A Flashy Dunk:

If you want to do a flashy dunk in NBA 2K22, press the RT button while holding down the right stick. If your player has a high level of dunking ability, they will try to do a flashy dunk in the right situations.

How To Perform A Two-Handed Dunk:

To perform a two-handed dunk, press and hold the Right Trigger while also pushing the right thumbstick up.

How To Perform A Dominant Or Off-Hand Dunk:

To perform a dominant or off-hand dunk, press the Right Trigger and push the thumbstick to the left or right.

Please keep in mind that mastering dunking takes a lot of time. To successfully dunk in games, you’ll need a lot of practice.
