Check the #ship-refund-and-tow in the official discord channel of Starbase and follow the instructions there. It may take some time due to the Early Access backlog, but the FB team will be on it shortly.
You can get 10 starter ‘Laborer’ ships just by doing the station Repair job again (each time!), once every 2 hours.
You may already have more laborer ships – just hit Spawn again at the ship-spawning terminal where you first got your ship.
