Seasons
The game has different seasons. In spring, you can pick up Morels for food. You can sell them for cash as well. Unripe berries can be sol as well.
In the summer, you can pick up berries for food. These will satisfy your hunger and your thirst. In the Fall, you will have mushrooms all around you. These can be poisonous or edible. Pay close attention to them when trying to eat one. By fall you should know how to cook and hunt. If you need more help then you can check out our guide on how you can hunt and find food in the game.
When winter comes, it is going to hit you hard. Hunting is going to be your only option for food. You can also head over to the different taverns in the game for food.
