A lot of players are currently experiencing this error. Follow these simple steps;

 

  • Check the email linked to your Origin Account.

 

  • There may be an email from Origin titled: “Origin Pre-Order Billing Problem”.

 

  • There may have been a payment failure.

 

  • Log in to your EA Account and check your Order History.

 

  • If your order is still “Processing” this may be why your Pre-Load is not downloading. Update your Info.
