In this guide, we will cover how to learn players’ potential in FIFA 22.

Up until the age of 21, you can only see a player’s “general” potential. You won’t be able to tell the full potential in-game unless you have access to the database. However, some written cues can give you a good idea of a player’s potential.

They will be classified as follows:

Joined the club in 20xx: this indicates that the player’s potential is less than 80.

“Showing great potential”: the player’s potential ranges from 80-84.

“An exciting prospect”: the player’s potential ranges from 85-89.

“Potential to be special”: the player’s potential ranges from 90 to 94.
