FIFA 22 – How to Access The Practice Arena

The Practice Arena in FIFA 22 is difficult to find since it is hidden behind a menu option. The following steps will show you how to get to the Practice Arena.

The Arena Mode is a training mode that allows you to hone your goalkeeping or shooting skills in a 1-on-1 Field, Free Kick, or PK match. You can play as either the goalkeeper or a player in this mode. To access FIFA 22’s Practice Arena, go to the main menu’s ‘Play’ section and then to the bottom left tile that should say Skill Games. You can start playing the skill games here, and by moving the right stick, you can scroll to the Practice Arena.

In the Practice Arena, you take on the role of an assigned player versus a goalkeeper. By pressing up on the d-pad, you can practice free kicks from anywhere in the arena. The arena can help you improve your finishing and one-on-one skills.
