Anti-aliasing is a gaming technology that blends the color of pixels with the color of an edge to smooth jagged lines or textures. When playing games at low to medium settings, you’ll notice anti-aliasing since the edges of the objects are sharp and not smooth (what we call jagged edges). This is due to a low anti-aliasing setting.
You may easily disable Anti-Aliasing if you want higher FPS. To disable anti-aliasing in Aliens: Fireteam Elite, follow these easy instructions.
- Go to the configuration file(s) location.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Endeavor\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
- Open
Engine.ini
- Add the following and save the file.
[SystemSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=0
Notes
- A game update will likely restore the files.
