Ono Michio is the famous mascot for Onomichi. He will appear in the town after you’ve completed substory 31. When you find him, interact and take a photo of him. He can both appear during the daytime and nighttime.

These are the possible location where he can appear:

-Near snack kiyomi

-Ropeway station

-At the west end of the shopping street

-In a roof in front of the new Gaudi

-At the ferry platform
