Stuck Character, Cannot Move

Common Problems

I can’t leave the zone, and I’m stuck here.

I am unable to move my character.

Solution

If your character is stuck somewhere in the game world, use the stuck character feature to move your character to a safe location. Follow these simple steps;

Press the “Esc” key.

Click the “Stuck” button.

Your character will be moved to the nearest free location.
