Demonic Pact – Shooting costs 10 HP, removes shooting cool down, +9 bullets, slightly more splash damage, +.25 seconds reload time.
Drill Ammo – +7m bullets drill through walls, +.25 seconds reload time.
Echo – Blocking triggers another delayed block, more HP, +.25 seconds block cooldown.
EMP – Blocking Spawns a ring of slow projectiles, more HP, +.25 seconds block cooldown.
Empower – Blocking increases the damage and speed of your next shot; the shot also triggers any on-block abilities where it lands, +.25 seconds block cooldown.
Explosive Bullets – Bullets explode on impact, lower attack speed, +.25 seconds reload time.
Fastball – A huge amount of bullet speed, lower attack speed, +.25 seconds reload time.
Fast Forward – Bullets keep the default trajectory, loads more projectile speed, +30% reload speed.
Frost Slam – Slow’s enemies around you when you block, more HP, +.25 seconds block cooldown.
Glass Cannon – Loads more damage, a lot lower HP, +.25 seconds reload time.
Grow – Bullets get more damage over time when traveling, +.25 seconds reload time.
Healing Field – Blocking creates a healing field, more HP, +.25 seconds block cooldown.
Huge – Loads more HP.
Implode – Blocking pulls enemies towards you, more HP, +.25 seconds block cooldown.
Leech – Loads more bullets, life steal, more HP.
Life Stealer – steal HP from your opponent when near, slightly more HP.
Mayhem – +5 bullet bounces, slightly lower damage, +.5 reload time.
Overpower – Deals 15% of your maximum HP to enemies around you when you block, more HP, +.25 block cooldown.
Parasite – Bullets deal damage over 5 seconds, more life steal, more HP, more damage, +.25 seconds reload time.
Phoenix – Respawn once on death, lower HP.
Poison – Bullet deals damage over 3 seconds, more damage, more reload speed.
Prisitne Perseverance – +400 HP went above 90% HP. (misspelled Pristine in-game)
Quick Reload – Lower reload time.
Quick Shot – Loads more bullet speed, +.25 seconds reload time.
Radar Shot – Blocking scans the area for enemies; you automatically shoot any enemy found, more HP, +.25 seconds block cool down.
Radiance – Spawn damaging sun waves when reloading, the rate increases during the reload sequence, more HP.
Remote – Steer bullets with the right stick/mouse, lower bullet speed, +.25 seconds reload time.
Riccochet – Bullet loses half of their speed when they bounce, +2 bullet bounces, slightly more attack speed, +.25 seconds reload time. (misspelled Ricochet in the game)
Saw – Blocking spawns a saw around you for a short while, with more HP and a +.25 block cool down.
Scavenger – dealing damage reloads your weapon, +.5 reload time.
Shield Charge – Blocking launches you forward and gives you a second automatic block upon ending the charge, +.25 block cool down.
Shields Up – Firing your last bullet triggers a block, disabled continuous reloading, +.5 reload time, +.5 block cool down.
Shock Wave – Blocking pushes enemies away, more HP, +.25 seconds block to cool down.
Silence – Blocking silences enemies nearby, slightly more HP, +.25 seconds block cool down.
Sneaky – Bullets avoid the ground, +.25 seconds reload time.
Spray – A huge amount of attack speed, +12 ammo, a lot lower damage, +.25 seconds reload time.
Static Field – Blocking creates a field that slows and deals damage, +.25 block cool down.
Steady Shot – More HP, more bullet speed, +.25 seconds reload time.
Supernova – Spawns a field that pulls enemies in and stuns after a while, more HP, more block cool down. (not sure how much as the game doesn’t specify)
Tactical Reload – Blocking reloads your weapon, +.25 seconds blocking cool down.
Tank – A huge amount of HP, slightly lower attack speed, +.5 seconds reload time.
Target Bounce – Bullets aim for visible targets when bouncing, +1 bullet bounce, slightly lower damage, +.25 seconds reload time.
Taste Of Blood – +50% movement speed for 3 seconds after dealing damage.
Teleport – Blocking teleports you forward, lower block cool down. (doesn’t specify how much)
Thruster – Bullets have thrusters that push targets, +.25 seconds reload time.
Timed Detonation – Bullets spawn bombs that explode after half a second, slightly lower damage, +.25 seconds reload time.
Toxic Cloud – Bullets spawn a poison cloud on impact; clouds deal damage and slow, slightly lower damage, slightly lower attack speed, +.5 seconds reload time.
Trickster – Bullets deal 80% more damage per bounce, +2 bullet bounces, slightly lower damage, +.5 reload time.
Wind Up – Loads more bullet speed, more damage, lowered attack speed, +.5 seconds reload time.
