As your organization increase in level, the number of leaders that you can include in your structure increases as well. The more leaders in your organization and the higher their level are, the higher your influence increase.

Here is the list of all the leaders you can get in the game:

Yasu – In the building where Moreno is, at the north end near the safe

Tamotsu – In front of Nagi Pharmacy

Tanogami – Beat Yano, then go to the front of the Cemetery

Dobashi – Beat Yano, then go east of Jumangoku Chinese Soba

Obara – Beat Naito, then go east of La Pente along Hilltop Path

Samurai – Beat Naito, then go to the very southeast corner of Hana-no-kubo

Nogami – Beat Naito, then go to the front of Yonetoku

Jono – Beat TenCozy, then go to the southwest section of Hana-no-kubo

Fujitake – Beat TenCozy, then go to the Ryunan Shrine

Hashimoto – Beat TenCozy, then go to the south end of Second Hill Street
