Two types of messages say your account has been blocked:
What Does It Mean When My FIFA 22 Web App Account Is Blocked?
- “Due to a rule violation, your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps. On your platform, you can still use the Transfer Market. For more information, check the email address associated with your EA Account.”
- “Because you broke our rules, your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market.” For more information, check the email address associated with your EA Account.”
If you receive one of these messages, it’s because EA has blocked accounts from using the Transfer Market on Web and Companion Apps for breaking their rules. They do this to ensure that all players have a level playing field. In the first case, you can still use the Transfer Market on your PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X I S, or Xbox One.
