What is a Flight Control Unit (FCU)?

FCUs take control of input and translate it into thruster values, balancing outplacement issues, and so on. So you don’t have to have all of your thruster assemblies exactly positioned, so the center of thrust is aligned with the center of mass. FOR EXAMPLE, the FCU adds turning input to make you go forward when you want to go forward.
