How to Get to Another City in the quickest way?
On Shinyu Island, most NPC cities are open to immigration.
Go to the center of NPC city (tree of life or stone) → find the runemaster → double click the left mouse button → select “immigrate to a new city” → pop up the city list → click the city select “√” → successfully immigrate to a new city.
Note: In your city, just double-click the NPC and select “emigrate to a new city”
