How to Change Quarter Length in NBA 2K22?

Most experienced players know that game lengths in NBA 2K22 can be customized, with the game’s quarters capable of lasting up to 12 minutes, mirroring real-life games. If you want to change the length of a quarter, follow the steps below:

 

  • Select “Features” from the main menu. (Use the Triangle button on PS4 & PS5 or the Y button on Xbox One & Series XIS)

 

  • Then, from the “Options” menu, select “Settings.”

 

  • In the pop-up menu, you can change a variety of game parameters. Look for “Change quarter length” under “Features” and adjust the quarter lengths as desired.

    This does not work in My Career as I have set the quarter length numerous times to 12 minutes. Yet it’s always at 5 min when I continue my career. I know I’m not the only one having this problem.
