Remember that in order to successfully execute a bicycle kick, a high level of skill and ability is required, which comes from a great deal of practice. Players with low stat ratings in FIFA 23 will not be able to use this technique.

PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 5:

To execute a bicycle kick in FIFA 23, hold the L2 and R1 buttons while pointing with the left stick in the direction you want to kick. When the ball reaches the highest point, press L2+Circle.

Xbox One & Xbox Series XIS:

Hold the LT and RB buttons while pointing with the left stick in the direction you want to kick. When the ball reaches the highest point, press LT+B.
