How to Disable Anti-aliasing (AA)

Anti-aliasing encompasses a variety of techniques used to get rid of jagged edges on your screen that appear as a result of rectangular pixels forming non-rectangular shapes.

 

If you need more FPS you can easily disable Anti-Aliasing. Follow these simple steps to disable the anti-aliasing in Chivalry 2.

 

 

  • Go to the configuration file location.

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Chivalry 2\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

 

 

  • OpenEngine.ini

 

 

  • Add the following and save the file.

[SystemSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=0

 

 

Notes

  • A game update will likely restore the files.
